Methods of Payment

During the booking process you will be asked whether you want to pay by CHEQUE or by BANK TRANSFER

 

Paying by Cheque

Please send a cheque to the address displayed on the summary page of your booking and in the confirmation email you receive. Cheques should be made payable to 'Ard Carden Lodge'.

 

Paying by bank transfer

Please transfer payment using the bank details displayed on the summary page of your booking and in the confirmation email you receive.

 

In both cases above, your selected dates will be automatically marked on our availability calendars as provisionally booked until your payment arrives. As soon as we receive payment, your selected dates will be marked as unavailable on our calendars.

 

Please note: you are required to pay the total booking price straight away if your arrival date is within 6 weeks of time of booking. If the start date of your holiday is more than 6 weeks away, you will be required to pay a deposit of £100 now in order to secure your booking. The remainder will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
